Licensed Optician, Contact Lens Fitter & Automated Refractionist
Hanna graduated from Douglas College in 2013 with a diploma as a Licensed Optician, Contact Lens Fitter and an Automated Refractionist. She has also achieved a double degree in marketing and mass communication in the Philippines, giving her tremendous experience in customer care. As the manager of Hi-Care, she is passionate about educating her patients about their eyes.
Hanna speaks fluent English and Tagalog.
Crystal Kong
Licensed Optician & Contact Lens Fitter
Crystal started in the optical business as a medical receptionist in 2012. Realizing her interest in the field, she graduated from Douglas college in 2016 as a Licensed Optician, Contact Lens Fitter and an Automated Refractionist. Since then, she has worked in other optical clinics around Vancouver. Crystal has gained valuable skills in frame and lens selection and contact lens care.
Crystal speaks fluent English and Cantonese.
Rita Ko
Rita has been in the optical industry since 1994 around the Sunrise-Hastings neighbourhood. She has experience with eyewear adjustment, repair and she can also give expert advice on frames and lenses. She likes swimming, reading and doing volunteer work during her free time.
Rita speaks fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
